Fluent - Hanover

I've been a consistant shopper here, for about 7 months-- with the sale to the new owners, a few weeks ago, the prices have gone up and discounts and points, that patients have come to enjoy, have been slashed significantly. I went in today for the normal 20% off on Mon/Tuesday(which is still up on your website as of today) and was told you no longer do this, so had to apply a 10% discount I qualified for. The new owners are truly about profits, and less about patients, as they see the incoming of legalization, as their boon. I get it, this is the third state. Ive been a patient in, and see what it does to the market, when legalization kicks in-- but at the expense of patients, is poor, but expected form. Atleast change the name, so people can come to expect all of your changes. P.S. -- Your app is still broken, freezes while scrolling. Interior is filthy, flashing/broken light behind counter, parking lot needs to be paved. If your going to put money into a business, atleast act like you care about it, and not just the money you are pulling in. I feel bad for you putting your employees, who are still there, through all of this. As the availability of tenders, is about 1 or 2, while it was 3 to 4, previously. The past few visits, have been annoying, with the new changes, and have found myself going to Sunnyside, for better deals/prices.

This used to be a great place. Since fluent sold out to this new place all the prices went WAY up! Even the website has been messed up to where you can barely even order online! I'll make the drive elsewhere for better prices. I will also buy from companies that care about patients more then how much money they can make!

Over priced, under staffed, numerous technical issues, wait times too long, inaccurate menus, wrong orders received, no drive thru, etc... P.S. If you carefully read over the reviews, you'll notice that the owner ONLY CARES ABOUT EXPANDING THE MENU SELECTIONS.....! So tell me how adding more product, will make the whole process any smoother? WHY is expanding the selection the ONLY solution to ALL of the problems noted by the customers? Oh wait, I know why.... GREED & PROFITS FROM THOSE OF US WHO ARE ILL! 😡

I came here on Christmas Eve to get my meds. I put an order in 3 hours prior to closing they closed at 6 pm. Unfortunately I had other errands to run and I got there 15 minutes before closing. They had over 8 people working inside claiming they have been swamped and at max capacity. By this time there was about 15 of us in line. At the same time we were also told they would not be accepting any more patients even though people like me had their orders in prior to closing. And as they were telling us, they were at Max capacity people were coming out of the building left and right with orders complete completed.. I don’t know about other states, but I do know that this is the only place in PA who doesn’t honor people in line when days get long. It’s Christmas. It’s the holidays. We’re all pushed our limits. We’re closing 15 minutes early with people online. Doesn’t seem like a good way to keep business .. Personally it’s not anyone’s problem but there’s, that they don’t feel like working anymore.. it’s a part of the job and it’s on Christmas. Why did they sign up to work if no one wanted to ? The management of this establishment has never been up to par no one cares here they are all under paid and treated poorly so they take it out on all the customers. Realistically, it should’ve been advertised if they were closing early, or didn’t feel like filling orders thanks fluent Hanover and merry Christmas to you

Terrible - everything is over priced - takes at least 45 mins to get ONE THING! and when they messed up orders.., the last 3 months… they fixed their mistakes- but best believe if you make a mistake … bc 4 different things are named the SAME EXACT THING.. they won’t replace it for the right thing… only when they messed up is acceptable… they’re trash - go to sunny side - they’re cheaper.
