The Apothecarium - Stroudsburg

Ive been going here for over a year now and the apothercarium is a clean and comfortable environment fit for its purpose. Typical visits never exceed 15 minutes and you always get what you need. Highly educated and friendly staff. Very open to fixing their own mistakes within reason, although mistakes are very rare. Takeaway packaging is inconspicuous and not gunna put your business out there. I love this place. 5 stars.

Amazing staff My go to is legend and almost all the time they are on sale always out of stock while in other towns they have over 8 to pick from..don't get me wrong ya are amazing but stock needs to get better and put online..

This place kills me. I was charged 2 times for the same order and didn't notice immediately. I go the next day to have this resolved and they tell me it's a 3rd party that handles that and they'd look into. It's been 5 days and was charged over $150. This is insane with the lack of urgency. Update, double charged the 18th and it's the 31st. Absolutely 0 care or urgency by them, called many times and always the same excuse. I can't handle it, it's a manager thing. Another update, got bank statements and emailed them like they asked and still nothing, not even a reply. Final update, took over a month but finally got reimbursed.

When someone says they close at 8 they should close at 8, I got there at 7.53 and they wouldn’t let me in to purchase one item it would have taken 3 minutes. The man at the window was lazy and didn’t feel like doing his job, he was ignorant instead of talking threw the speaker they have he turned his head to ignore me. I hope when he is in need somone shows him the same treatment as he showed me if you close at 7.54 then don’t post that you close at 8. I rushed to get there in time and there was no remorse or appropriate customer service. I’m so disappointed in this place.
