Great place , well organized. Katy was excellent, great service and knowledge .Based on policy fyi, i offered gratuity but was declined. Too bad they can not accept gratuity. Also I noticed that on the site of Clinical Verde still saying Ponce coming soon , but Ponce is up and running doing good and no info of the hours of operation or address of the Ponce Dispensay , may cost you some business, update the site. Thank you .

Now they changed the app you need to download to your phone ... I'm not hip with all that.. they also asked me for my voucher on my phone lol noooooo no good at electronics

I just started going to this dispensary a few weeks ago. I want to say the customer service so far has been awesome, everyone I have encountered has been absolutely great. The reason they are getting 2 stars from me is because I noticed that they don't check you for weapons at the door like all the other dispensaries I've been too, I don't find it to be very safe. They should check everyone who goes in for the safety of the staff and patients. Also, they have a doorbell that doesn't work, I always have to knock on the glass to announce am there. Sadly, they don't have a whole lot of flowers to choose from. They should display more options.

I'm my opinion the staff in ponce need to do more studies, I ask for a sativa to help with my energy, aptitude, concentration because my job is demanding, so this guy sold Afghan kush, so I trus what he say ,big error is an indica dising for help with insomnia, appetite and pain, now I'm sitting in 9 gram ,of this weed ,so doesn't help me in nothing .So if you don't know what you doing, I will tell you. You are misleading the customers ,to make a sell that it will be the last of that customer .I got the same experience in tetra .I'm I toll this guy .In my opinion they should hit the books and stop playing with the customer help,this is not a game, is a health issue , my money should be taken for granted.
