About Family Healthcare Partners
We are your Medical Cannabis Consultants for Muskingum and surrounding Counties in Southeast Ohio.We provide courteous and timely professional service in the specialty of Medical Cannabis, under the laws of the State of Ohio.We are a small, friendly, holistically oriented professional practice. The largest proportion of our patients are chronic pain patients, but we treat patients with all State of Ohio approved conditions, including PTSD, cancer, fibromyalgia, siezure disorders, and all others.Initial evaluation requires documentation that you or your Doctor provide to substantiate your qualifying condition. Once we have this, you will schedule an evaluation by Dr Leroy and a consultation with Dr Feicht. We try hard to make it a non threatening, enjoyable and educational experience.The inital fee is $200 and recertification annually can be done via telemedicine for $150.Our patients have access to consultation of our physicians by phone.
