Patient Consultant, Clearwater
The purpose of this position is to provide excellent patient experiences at the dispensary. Preferences shall be given to candidates that can work closing shift.
High School Diploma
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must be able to pass Level II background check
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must be at least 21 years old
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills – Oral & Written Communication Attendance/Punctuality, Dependability and Initiative
Must have a clean background and drug screen
Must have excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook
Must be able to accurately use computer-based point of sale software systems.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept
Must possess the ability to determine when a request needs to be escalated to Dispensary Manager
Must possess the ability to respectfully deal with all callers regardless of the situation
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
