GrowHealthy is a looking for a Team Member (Shift Lead). Shift Leaders support managers by supervising tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and delegating work. Shift Leaders are expected to lead others by example by providing exemplary service themselves. Shift Leaders act as the first line of defense for customer issues and employee disagreements.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction
  • Recognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassion
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions
  • Multi-task, think critically, and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise
  • Create and execute patient orders based off physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)
  • Keep current with company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry keys and alarm codes; open and close store, disarm and arm alarm system
  • Perform and supervise daily procedures
  • Monitor and assist cashiers and other retail staff; assign daily duties
  • Train and support new team members
  • Provide customer-focused service; welcome customers to the store and assist them with requests
  • Perform product demos and explain product features to customers
  • Collaborate with store management to organize marketing and promotional campaigns and to coordinate staff schedules and activities
  • Handle managerial tasks when the general and assistant managers are unavailable
  • Manage bank deposits, balance point of sale drawers and safe
  • Check and respond to email and phone messages
  • Manage paperwork and tend to other office tasks
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to corporate processes and safety standards



Schedule Requirements: Open availability (Evenings and Weekends)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • 2+ year customer service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems
