I love going to this vape shop!!! Sam is always super helpful and is always willing to help out and answer any questions that I have. He is very patient and always gives the best customer service! Receiving everyone with a smile ! He’s very knowledgeable and treats everyone with kindness!

These guys used to be good until about a month and a half ago when they changed their staff again, his last two employees used to at least make sure they restocked on the stuff they're regulars bought now it's like they don't even care, I was their regular customer for the last 2 and 1/2 years and now I've been by them three times in the last month and a half to get my usual stuff and they won't restock it or they can't I don't know what it is but their employees aren't even giving any kind of semblance of care. I really used to like this place and I would never buy my juice unless it's from them but now I'm going to have to look for somewhere else. They lost a customer today.

Came here looking for a specific brand thca vape, they didn't carry them but was recommended the FVKD brand. I had the cart two days and it poured all the juice out through the air hole while it was standing straight up two days onto owning it. I didn't expect a full refund maybe an exchange or store credit but the middle eastern guy in there lackadaisically said sorry and then ignored me for a different customer while I was asking him questions about it. I guess i should've known the quality with that sort of name. Thought I had found a good vape shop but I was wrong.

This place is well stocked but I am only giving one star because Sky Vape stores (all of them in the state of Alabama) does not have a telephone. If you asked about it you will hear a story about someone taking the telephone. Every store has a different story.

If only I could give zero stars to this place and report them to the proper authorities. My daughter and her 22 year old boyfriend tried to purchase from this store tonight only to have one of the employees attempt to destroy my daughter’s boyfriend’s ID. He literally ripped the ID out of his hands and tried to snap it in half by bending it backwards and forwards over and over. Needless to say, Hoover Police were called and informed the employee that the ID was in fact real. But do you think this employee apologized for attempting to destroy a legal ID OR for calling my daughter’s boyfriend a “retarded 16 year old”? NO. He continued to be rude and refused to offer any form of apology. Steer clear of this place - they clearly hire bottom of the barrel individuals, your money is better spent elsewhere. UPDATE: this “employee” was actually the manager. Sam, if you’re reading this, you should be ashamed, if not disgusted, with yourself. Consider yourself lucky my daughter’s boyfriend passed on coming back to the store to “settle this like men”. You clearly know nothing about being a “man”.
