**ZERO stars if I could.** My experience with the Alma School and Ray location has been nothing short of appalling. Initially, I visited this store multiple times after moving to Chandler, only to be consistently met with the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. The individual working during my visits—a white male with long brown hair—was nothing less than a disgrace to the profession. His rudeness and utter lack of basic customer service skills were beyond comprehension. I run a business myself, and if any of my employees dared to treat a customer the way I was treated, they would be out the door immediately. Despite my initial experiences, I decided to give this location another chance, hoping that perhaps it was just a string of bad luck. Unfortunately, my most recent visit confirmed that this store is fundamentally flawed in both product quality and service. I purchased a banger that cost more than twice the price of their basic option, expecting it to reflect its higher price tag. Instead, the product broke within seconds of use, falling apart and burning me in the process. When I returned to the store not even 15 minutes later to address the issue, the employee on duty offered no help whatsoever. His response to my complaint? “How am I supposed to help you?” His complete indifference to the fact that they sold me a defective product was infuriating. Despite the banger being visibly unused and clearly faulty, he refused to exchange it, hiding behind the excuse that “all sales are final.” This location has proven itself to be a prime example of everything wrong with customer service today. They don’t just lack the desire to provide decent service—they are actively hostile to their customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if their high turnover is due to management allowing, if not encouraging, this kind of behavior. My advice? Save your money and go to RJ’s or any other establishment that actually values its customers. This place will happily take your money and give you defective products in return, all while treating you like an inconvenience. 0/5 stars—this store is an absolute disgrace.
