Absolutely terrible in terms of customer service, he only has one parking spot that you can’t park in for more than 0.3636252 seconds even if you’re a paying customer 😂 if you’re just looking to fill your lungs with cheap knock off products this is the spot for sure this man doesn’t care at all about quality of product or customer well being just loves giving people hard time for the fun of the game. I got very judgmental vibes definitely don’t come if you’re already in a bad mood he’ll just make it worse 😂😂😂 he definitely needs a 101 in customer service or just hire some younger people eager to work and put smiles on peoples faces not like yelling at people to buy stuff this is 2025 all of that intimidation and harassment don’t fly anymore, if he treats all his customers like how he treated me then I’m honestly surprised at how this establishment is still even functioning and operational. He worships that parking sign and I’m sure he has multiple towing companies on speed dial 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 basically even if you’re a customer don’t think you can park here for more than 3 seconds, if you get a phone call no matter how important don’t take it or he’ll throw a tantrum 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 absolutely pathetic I’ve never in my life seen customer service this terrible, feels like he’s just fed up and doesn’t even want to be in the store so he just takes it out on paying customers???😂😂😂🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ this spot would have negative stars if I could do that!!! Literally anywhere else is better, I’d rather plant my own tobacco then come back to this place and I regret even making the drive here complete waste of gas…please just take my advice and don’t bother

My local smoke shop, great prices really, really friendly people working there. Not a really big place but they still have some of everything, and if there's something they didn't have, they are so nice i bet they'd probably try to get it for you.

Great place great prices. Honest folks I left my wallet there on accident and they they put it aside and took care of it and return it to me and to untouched and it’s original condition so very much happy with their honesty and integrity of these people that on the shop, so 10 stars with these guys

I've been going here pretty much solely for years. Mustafa is always so nice and welcoming. Have had many wonderful conversations about this and that with him and that alone has kept me going back.
