Cypress Smoke Shop

Best shop in all the land. Come for the smoke shop, stay for Mike. He is simply amazing. Love the layout and deep selection as well. Nice quiet plaza, easy parking - convenient access coming from east or west. Can’t wait to cruise by next time I’m in Cypress!

I'd give negative stars if possible. Went I. Yesterday around 12 noon and guy behind the counter yelled from his seat, at us, dis not want to get up and when asked to show us some products and the colors they are available in and he was exceptionally rude and disrespectful when I had 500 dollars cash in my hand, in sight and wanting to spend, and the guy lies and claims they are all the same color even after opening 3 box's of different colored products.... so to the owner of this place, the guy working on Tuesday January 13 2026 between 11 am and 1 pm was not customer friendly ND cause you to lose 500 dollars in business to the competition less than a half mile away....

Beyond rude and un-welcoming. I don't understand how this establishment is still in business. Hopefully they'll be out sooner rather than later so a business owner who is actually excited to serve the general public can occupy that retail space.

I’ve visited this store multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but the owner is consistently rude and unwelcoming. He behaves as if he’s doing customers a favor by letting them shop there, rather than appreciating their business. While some products are well-priced, the poor customer service makes it hard to justify returning. I’d much rather support another local small business than give my money to this guy!

Rude guy. No help. You walk in and he's like what do you want. I tried an unusual pipe and hesaid don't turn the screw. I said I won't buy it. His response, have a nice day. I found a small metal standard pipe, and he said it was $5.00. I showed him the same type of pipe but smaller, he said it was $10.00. Yea, sure. I went another time to buy blunt papers. They come in packs in a cutaway box. I wanted one, he said I have to buy the whole box. So many other smoke shops on this street. He won't get my business. 3.5 Review average of the business?. Should be 2.0. Nice selection of smoke needs but bad owner. Not good for business.
