Twice I was shorted on my change by the male cashier. • $30 item paid with $40 — no change given • $40 charge paid with $50 — no change given This is not a one-time mistake. The lack of concern when it happened again was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and I suggest customers count their money before leaving the counter.

The shopkeeper that I met today was so helpful and polite! I wish I knew his name. When I go in next ...I'll get his name. I called and asked if he had my smokes in stock...and he did. Close to home! New customer here!

This shop is by far the most clean, sheek and comfortable when choosing my products. Mike and his Team provide top tier customer service every time I come in. I love the shop gives a variety of products to choose from and they never hesitate to keep me updated on the newest releases. I wouldn’t recommend this smoke shop to anyone. The owner charges more than the sticker price hoping you won’t notice. He also has very little knowledge on anything in the shop. Spend your money elsewhere.

I was sad when I accidentally broke my glass piece. Went shopping around but other shops wanted way too much for a plain beaker. I found a one that was bigger (and decorated) piece for an AMAZING price. If you want a nice piece for a good price this is the place to hit up. Thank you!
