Worst customer service. Old product and knock-off vape product sold here. Long time customer due to convenience, but will never go again .

I went in to purchase a oil burner for a water bong, first off... If you work at a smoke shop you should at least know what you are selling, or what customers ask for. I spent 5 minutes trying to to explain to him what I was needing with epic failed frustrating denied results . I was going to purchase a new bong to, but I couldn't take the dumbfounded blank stare of the worker when I was asking for my product so I left asap. And went to vaporation in Newark with positive experience. So the moral to my review is if you need any products from smoke shops and want a friendly knowledgeable staff go to vaporation in Newark, NOT Mike's smoke shop, they suck

DO NOT BUY SILICON PIPES HERE!! They sell cheap knockoff pipes that don't use food/medical grade silicone. When heated these pipes release chemical fumes. I smoked out of it and I got sick. To make sure it wasn't the flower I rolled a joint and I had no issues. Tried the pipe again and I got sick again. Stay away from this shop.

Overpriced, broken product. I bought a torch for cooking for $38. He let me hold it, light it, it worked. It seemed like a really nice torch! So he put it in the box, I bought it, brought it home. First off, he put his price sticker over another one that said $15... Second, the refill nozzle is broken, so I can’t refill this $40 torch... Never again, will I try to support a local shop over Amazon. Sorry! But you suck, Amazon sells torches for half what you ripped me off for. And guess what, if it’s broken, I can send it back for a new one!

Mike's is owned by Sam. He is friendly and helpful. I smoke little cigars that are hard to find...he found them and keeps them in stock. I have been doing business with him for over ten years...he's the best. I used to live in Fremont, now I live about 25 miles away, but I make the trip to do business with Sam. His prices are more than reasonable and he is always introducing me to any new products that I might like. If you smoke, it would be worth your while to try his smoke shop. Gary
