This smoke shop is the best! They got the best employee always helping everyone and answering any questions they have. He has good customer service and gets us the right stuff.

Very good customer service! Chuy is a very good hard worker. He has answered any questions I have had in the past.

Terrible service. The guy was more interested in BSing and laughing with his buddies hanging out in store. Waited almost 10 minutes while he chatted his buddies up only to realize they were NOT customers. Go somewhere else. This was a joke

This smoke shop used to be above a 5 star rating however they have a somewhat new kid working here and he is EXTREMELY RUDE! He is EXTREMELY lazy and he appears to have horrible hygiene! Every time I’ve gone in there hes always had a very bad attitude and is picking at his scalp 🤮! It appears that he hasn’t brushed his hair in a very long time! There used to be another gentleman that appeared to be Hispanic he had dark hair kind of curly it was shorter on top long on the bottom and he was such a hard worker who was very kind and always so helpful! Very well groomed and dressed nicely! Which is far from the white kid who needs to have his attitude checked and his hygiene addressed before this business goes under as I’ve watched the BIG DROP in customers coming into the shop since the other gentleman stopped working here! Personally I have gone back to the smoke shop across the way to avoid the nasty employee they have hired!
