I've been coming here for about 6month and I'm always treated the same friendly kind and considerate.i will always spend my money here till I quit smoking.great service !!!

Stop by here last night because the spot was open late. Purchased a vape and it lasted an hour. Went for a refund only to have the shop owner explain to me that a smoker can easily finish a vape in an hour and thats enough cause for a “no return policy”. I’m the crook here? Do not purchase flume products from this location. Rip off with no return policy. FYI: Legit flume products have manufactured warranties with distributors/vendors…since cases like this do happen. So returns don’t hurt distributors or vendors EXCEPT when these guys buy fakes and can’t return it. Just saying.

This is the best spot ever, hands down! The employees are all super chill. These guys really know there product and have superb customer service skills. I wont go into any other shop and there are 3 more in this same area and one which is just across the street from where I live. Love you guys and thank you for being so cool and willing to help

Fresh tobacco has great customer service! I walked in and Omar promptly greeted me and offered his assistance to help me find what I was looking for. I was in and out with no problems and they even threw in a clipper lighter for free! Awesome smoke shop and definitely have a nice wide selection of glass to choose from.
