Just bought right before closing item.only opened and try less 1 min. Totally defective, refuse exchange. Explained it’s not broken. But defective it’s not count. Is it kind of spam? Or totally lost costumer service and respect. Unprofessional, gives bad reputation. Thank you

You have to be really and I mean really desperate to buy anything from the spot. The workers are nice they are helpful and everything it's clean inside and out however the prices are out of this world. Take for example a basic max flow 5000 puff pen , they charge $35 for that and $25 for the regular pen . There are many other smoke shops such as 818 smoke shop where they have just as much quantity quality if not more and they're prices are more than fair .
