Took 4 days to get an issue resolved and I had to call in at least 10 or 15 times. Not once did I receive any calls back as I was told I would. I just kept getting the run around and kept getting told it was the night shift who made a mistake and to call back during that shift and I would do that then they would tell me to call back in the morning when the manager is present. I would leave another star or two because they eventually did resolve my issue but I stopped by at 2:30 went out of my way to go there and they had the store all caged up and refused to help me. If you are not open till 3:00 AM then change your hours of operation on Google please so as not to mislead would be customers who are just trying to come support your business...

people are always going to complain. there's not a store where there not already one person not satisfied.. ever since the change of management the new person working, "JOHNY BRAVO" look a llike has no respect, no personality, and thinks he's better than everybody. News flash partner better check that attitude. Besides that everybody else is friendly really helpful and they try so I thank you for that..
