Had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vape from this shop, only to find out that it was defective after a few hits. When I approached the guy about exchanging it for a working one, he flat out refused and provided no assistance whatsoever saying “it worked when you tried it in the store” yeah for like one minute.. came back and he said if it works he can’t return it for me, but I clearly showed him that it was going off making noises without touching it. Then the next day came back when it literally stopped working completely, he then says “it has to be the same day of purchase” which he didn’t tell me before so he basically played me and lied. The lack of customer service and their complete disregard for consumer rights is appalling. I strongly advise against shopping at this vape shop unless you enjoy wasting your money on faulty products and dealing with unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere where your patronage is actually valued.

Lousy customer service. I used to stop in sometimes to grab a Coke until they jacked up the price by a dollar on the first day of a heatwave. Decided to give them another chance. Asked a question about a product he said he had to check. Another customer asked a question about a more expensive product. Instead of asking the customer to wait he went into his sales pitch. I walked out and will never return.

Purchase a couple items in the morning and came back because one of them was salty and they would not exchange it even though they knew who I was and they had my receipt zero stars. You could have told me that when I was in the store I would have tried it at that point. Not once did you mention that it’s a final sale once I walk out that door. The product is faulty and should legally be able to exchange or refund. I will dispute the one item with my credit card company since you don’t stand behind your products. End of!

Went in there looking for a 18mm male to 14mm female adapter for my new water pipe I got. Because all the joint oil burners I own are all 14mm. When I ask if they sold anything like that also didn't know the correct name for adapter. Even the guy that was working there witched I know I confused him still went through everything converter and adapter he had until I found what I needed. There was a pretty big selection they had. The prices for things weren't too bad. The adapter cost me $10. That was like the going rate for those items on eBay and didn't have to wait to get it in the mail. Sucks though I ordered an adapter this morning for about same priece. Waiting for it to arrive in mail so I can see which one looks like its made better. Both adapters look different but fuction the same and cost the same. And even got a nice little oil burner girl friend told me to get her. He only charged me $2.75 for it. That was a great price. Only smoke shop I'll go to in this city. I'll differently be back next time I'm in this area again.
