I went there to buy my first vape. I didn't know anything about them so I was asking a lot of questions. Which seemed to annoy her. I end up walking out with a veparosso xros pro and the juice for $86. It malfunctioned from the start it was leaking . When I took a hit the juice was spitting into my mouth. So I did some research and found out she sold me the wrong kind of juice which is supposed to be 50/50 not 70 /30 ratio bottle she sold me . To top it off the juice itself was expired since 11/1/24. That's unacceptable, unethical and I intend on filing a complaint. Btw no they don't offer the best prices! They overcharge their customers dramatically. I've been a customer for 6 years makes sense that they're new owners. Up until recently I never felt cheated.

New owners are terrible. First off the woman tried to overcharge for lotto tickets. After we corrected her she said agreed with no apology for trying to overcharge us. So be prepared to do your own math at this place. The cigar was stale so my husband took it back and the woman violently smashed it down into the trash. The woman is extremely rude with a nasty attitude . I knew something was up as my neighbor started going to Redlands for her smokes. Last visit won’t be going back.

It's a great place to buy cigars. He has a whole humidified room with plenty of choices. There are cigar smoking accessories like cutters, ashtrays, and some humidors. He also has the smoke shop norm. Like cigarettes, lighters, butane, etc. Great little smoke shop. Update: I no longer live in the area. In fact I'm about an hour away. But whenever I'm in town, I make sure to visit this shop. It's definitely worth it. Memorial Day 2024. New ownership.

This is my go to shop for all my needs. It's a lil far from my house, but it's so worth the drive. I literally pass bye like 3 other local smoke shops to go here. The customer service is 10/10 and their prices literally cannot be beat.

One of the better selections of tobacco products. Went here for some cigars, good selection, had a lot of my favorites, excellent prices; a well stocked and clean walk-in humidor. Service was top-notch, real friendly sales guy. Definitely be back.
