They are so friendly and helpful here I really appreciate that one of the staff showed me how to load the butane into my lighter lol I was scared I would mess up and light myself on fire and he was really nice I really appreciate this place we'll definitely be back

Too bad "0" is not an option, sold my friend a used cig injector machine which broke within 1 month. Tried to exercise the warranty, come to find out it was a used machine, sold as new. No warranty as the machine was from 2011! Owner lied to the warranty company saying, I have never sold those. Machine was expensive. Never going back!

Never going back here, the guy sold me a MOLDY bag of tobacco. When I went to return it, he refused to give me my money back and offered to exchange it for another bag of tobacco that he took out of his humidor room, which was covered in the same mold. He told me it was not mold, just the moisture, but it smelled SOUR and my friend who works in a mold identification lab verified that it is indeed mycelium. Grossest experience ever.. I know smoking tobacco is not good for me, but I'm not trying to inhale MOLD? Don't buy anything here, all the stock has been sitting on the shelves collecting dust for decades.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET SMOKES. The customer service guy is the best and he is the nicest person. The price for almost everything that is contained in the store is SUPER CHEAP but GREAT QUALITY. I would definitely go back to this store again and again and again. I WOULD LOVE TO RATE IT 10/10 but the stars only go to 5.
