I just moved to Hb recently. I was looking for a smoke shop with a good price and great products. I landed upon this gem down the street from me. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced at any smoke shopping in OC. Thank you for welcoming me .

I’m visiting from east coast and got ripped off by another store. I came here explained what happened idk the guys name but he showed me exactly what I needed. I used to come here 6-8 years ago still great service like I remember

Super beautiful shop and excellent service. The shop is under new management and it really shows. I’ve always had a cheerful experience every time I come in. Something I always appreciate is an organized and clean shop and this one is definitely a 10 out of 10. Also a big thank you to Akki Who always takes care of my purchases and recommends great flavors. I work in customer service so when I receive equal or better service I have to shout them out.
