Rio Smoke Shop

Overcrowded smoke shop full of homeless people and the black guy who works behind the counter has a very smart mouth and every time I go in there the homeless people standing in there crowding the smoke shop starts staring at me including the dude behind the counter. Creepy feeling creepy people and a creepy dude working behind the counter. Btw i'm a black woman im not racist at all. But I definitely will never go out to smoke shop after four dudes walk out behind me staring at me walking to my car. Saying inappropriate comments while I'm walking away. And the man working at the smoke shop literally took his time to come from behind the counter and walk out to follow behind me and say more inappropriate things. I just feel very vulnerable when walking into that smoke shop. The man working there basically verbally harassing women does not help it at all.

This is my go to place...never disappoints me...always have what I need and more...and excellent customer service....

This is an important review sections message for Rio Smoke Shop. First time here was okay as was inside was doing some what is referred to as compared and contrast is in regards to matters of pricing. So glad I did and not just here at this time I say no more unless have reasons for doing so as have done 99 percent of all total businesses. For those businesses that do not have Website Forms and or email addresses then review sections are read instead. In different Areas Regions States can vary some.

Was given rude service by the black employee. I asked to see a basket of nectar collector just to be given attitude and questioned if I was going to actually purchase one. I was also scolded for walking into the store and tracking in dirt. WORST EXPERIENCE in a long time.

The employees and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of smoking products...I recommend...a must see if you are in town...
