I’ve been coming to this shop since the day they opened, (14 years!) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I walk through the door. It’s rare to find an owner who truly cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure you’re happy with what you're getting. Great selection, better people—highly recommend supporting this shop!

To be fair I used to love this place. Been shopping here for 5 yrs. No more. The employees (2 specifically) the last 6 times I have been in are rude, don't seem to know anything about the products they are selling, and when I mentioned I could get an identical product online for FIFTY PERCENT less than they were charging they told me to just do that instead. Well. That's why small businesses don't stay in business. If I can get better customer service from a bot, I'll take the bot.

This is an update to a post I did about a year ago , from Drew F .I was Alex's first customer at his store always had great service until he had the one gentleman working there who was just obnoxious rude and disrespectful. Anyway Alex way to go Fadi is definitely an excellent employee great customer service and very respectful I'm glad I decided to walk back in there the other day and find a pleasant face in someone with a little respect or a lot of respect I should say .Thank you Fadi for your excellent Customer service Sir.
