I’ve been going to this smoke shop for about two years. Ever since they opened with new management, I was a little hesitant but I decided to give it a try. It was good in the beginning, I go to the smoke shop every other day and would always get the young nice guy, then I started to notice a woman working there and when I would purchase my backwoods and I decided to start to conversations to find out who she was, I started to notice the owner’s daughter(the woman) skimping me a dollar every time I purchased grape backwoods. I let her do it twice to confirm that she was stealing from me and the next day (May 3,2024), I purchased backwoods from the guy in the early afternoon and I waited for her to go on shift and purchased them from her. She Charged me and paid for it and stood there and confronted her about it and she started to stutter and instead of taking accountability, she blamed it on her lazy eye. She gave me my $1 back and I told her “no worries and just pointed out it was weird since you’ve done this to me more than 3 times “and I caught her on her game. Last time I’ll be spending my money here for sure. Very disappointing to say the least because I miss the old customer service and care.

My favorite smoke shop in town. Excellent quality items to the soft shirts and sweaters to the never stale always fresh cigarettes. Owners are very kind. Always giving honest answers to any questions u may have.

Will is very nice and accommodating. He offers great customer service and I really appreciate him at this shop. Thank you and I apologize I don’t remember the woman’s name who works there - but she’s very nice as well.
