Upon entering I noticed a cheerful employee offering great customer service to another man. As he shifted his attention to me his whole demeanor changed and his customer service became unacceptable and un knowledgeable to what I was asking for. I asked him if he thought I was a Leo or if it was my CAMO fit to why his customer service was Bad and he excused his bad attitude and service with “I just don’t know what you’re looking for” I highly suggest not giving your money to this business. First and last time coming to this place.

I was so excited to find this store when I was looking for a silicone bong. They only had 3 small ones. I didn't love the designs but bought one because I needed it ASAP. When I got home and prepared to use it, I discovered someone else already had. They sold me a USED bong. The stem was filthy and the bong was dirty. I drove all the way back into town to get a refund so I can go to their other location and see what selection they have. I was told they don't allow returns. I said "Even when YOUR STORE sold me a used product???" He said no. I can understand that they have a no refund policy. But you sold me the defective product. I did nothing wrong so why should I lose the money? Why does it need to be an exchange? It's your fault! I took the exchange and I will never shop here again. What a huge disappointment. UPDATE: The replacement bong they gave me leaks! This store is ridiculous. Save yourself a lot of irritation and go somewhere else!

Walked in ready to buy a new quarts banger, and a new recycler and other things. Was going to spend about 400$ cus I looked them up and they supposed to have all this stuff. Walk in...ask the guy for a quartz banger...he hands me cheap glass....so I said what's this?? I wanted quartz....he says "how can you tell?"...I ask for a recycler...he just points around... what's wrong with these shops out here??? They all really really suck. The people are super rude and honestly don't care about anything but their paycheck. Mega let down 💯 looking for a place to get my things monthly and all I find are cheap fake products thwy are selling as quality....sad...

One of the best smoke shops in Lancaster definitely have gray bongs and other pieces. And let’s not mention how clean and good smelling the shop at its all the time. Great prices, great selections to pick from coo Staff
