New worker here is really rude. I think I seen him in both stores to. He should prolly quit before your customers quit on you.

First visit / impression I'm new to the cigar crowd and I stopped in for the first time because its right next to my grocery store. Saw that they had a small walk in humidor, which is nice. I asked the girl behind the counter that I was new and looking for recommendations. She honestly told me she didn't know much and I greatly appreciated her honesty. I rather have someone admit to not knowing then try and sell me on something they know nothing about. I did pick up a lighter and cutter as I have some cigars already at home given to me by a friend. They were on the cheaper end in quality but the price reflected this and i was happy with my purchase. I plan on stopping in again to browse the humidor myself when I have a little more knowledge and experience. Maybe someone else will be behind the counter who knows a bit more when I do.

Spent roughly $110 on a small hookah, a burner, and coals. Used it once and was unsatisfied with everything. Went back the next day to request a refund and the owner said it’s not his problem and told me he wasn’t giving me my money back. Stay away from this place. The owner is a greedy old man.

I've only been here once, but they have the largest selection / inventory in the entire AV! My experience was great. Their staff was helpful and professional. I'll definitely visit this shop again since I am sure they'll have the best chance of getting what I need.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Been going here for years and today I got a brand new vape mod (not from this store) and brought it here asking a question about my connection. As the owner proceeds to tell me it is my battery and I told him it wasn't. Tried four different batteries and that wasn't the problem. He still took a battery and inserted it backwards and ruined my charging port on the base. I was furious when he told me he will not replace it because I did not buy it from there. I specifically said that the battery wasn't the problem. Now my pen will not work at all. This mod was a gift to me I cannot use or exchange now. I will never go back here!!!! Do not come here!
