Great customer service.

The owner (the larger guy who works nights) is ALWAYS rude. I went well before they were closing and he complained how he was trying to leave. Snatched my debit card and was rude the whole time and said he was the owner so I was just going to have to deal with it. He also has tried to charge me more than he was supposed to then both times acted like it was an honest mistake. Do not shop here. There’s plenty of other places with friendlier staff.

The man was very rude and is charging about 20% higher than all other cig stores. When advised of this he pretty much said if u dont like it then go somewhere else... Very unhappy with this store and their lack of business sense.

I was looking for a battery he tried to sell me a battery that didn't work on my cartridge. The next one he showed me was cool and actually worked I paid for it. It wasn't until after that he told me the charger is extra ?? Really bro ?? Over charge for a battery and not even a charger with it ?? Save your time save your money go elsewhere
