ABC Smoke Shop

I was out driving around, checking out various local smoke shops trying to find a decent e-rig to smoke some dabs and concentrates out of. I stopped here and I forget the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he had his pup there with him, and was very helpful and just seemed like a down to earth dude. I found one that looked like it was the one, unfortunately after buying it and reviewing all the pieces in my car it was missing a major component it couldn't function without. I'm a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income, and these e-rigs aren't cheap, but thankfully this man allowed me to get my money back. If I had been a dirt bag and possibly just taken the missing piece then there would've been no way for him to know that. I didn't do just that. I would just like to say that on my skin it reèally was missing the piece I needed. Thank you good sir for being a solid sales person, and taking me at my word. If you need something for any and all of your smoking needs check here first! Thank you again bro. May the lord bless your humility and good nature.

SCAM!!! Bought a disposable vape here and it was full of juice but completely dead after TWO days wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t hit, nothing. Clearly fake or defective. When I went back to tell the owner, he suddenly acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and denied even selling it. Bro literally watched me and my friend buy it in his shop, but as soon as something goes wrong he pretends we never existed. No exchange, no refund, no accountability! just attitude and lies. If you like throwing money away on counterfeit trash and getting gaslit by the owner, this is your spot. If not, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

1 Star. I’m writing this because I bought a vape here that wouldn’t charge at all and when I tried to return it they straight up told him he couldn’t. This isn’t even new either because they’ve sold fakes to other people that have wrote bad review,How do you run a smoke shop and act like replacing a defective vape is some crazy request? This place keeps pushing faulty products and then arguing with you when you call it out. Terrible business, terrible customer service, and zero respect for the people spending money here.

When I went back, the owner acted clueless and basically told me “too bad.” So now I’m stuck with a brand-new paperweight because they refuse to stand behind the garbage they sell. If the products here worked as poorly as the customer service — oh wait, they do. This place is the definition of take your money and disappear. Save yourself the time, the attitude, and the money. Go literally anywhere else.

This place is a great choice if you want a better price than other smoke shops. Really good selection of vapes, smokes, and glass for your ritual smoke sessions. Thank you Abc Pico, great job!
