Cahuenga Smoke Shop

This is usually my go to spot for hookah supplies because the location is super convenient and the staff has always been friendly. The tobacco selection is a bit limited, but I keep coming back because it’s easy and reliable. Today was frustrating though. I wanted to get things done before the rain started. I checked the hours online it said they open at 9am. I showed up around 9:30am and the store was closed. The hours posted on the storefront also said they were supposed to be open at 9am. I figured someone might be running late, so I went grocery shopping and came back around 10:30am. Still closed. Got home, unloaded my groceries. I tried calling both phone numbers listed on Google and Yelp multiple times and never got an answer. If someone had just picked up and said they were running late, I would have waited and come back. After nearly two hours past opening time with no communication, I ended up taking my business somewhere else. I like this place, but reliable hours and communication really matter.

The BEST service here. Very clean and well lit, easy parking, and good variety. I feel very comfortable shopping here, it's very professional and confidential. Keep up the good work

Used to be regulars with my boyfriend, I’ve been coming here for maybe 3 years, but not anymore lol. Whoever normally works in the mornings or afternoons tend to be okay but the young kid who works at night and usually just hangs out with the people next door is so rude and entitled, the liquor store on the corner (Royal liquor) has far more genuine and hardworking people. If you’re going to get cigarettes definitely go there, prices are practically the same if not cheaper. If vapes or bongs are your thing, the smoke shop on lankershim about 1.5 minutes walking distance from dog Haus is INSANELY affordable and the people there are so nice.

New owner is horrible. They shall FAKE plug and play batteries. When confronted they couldn’t order me a real one or refund me.

Honestly, THEE BEST SMOKE SHOP I HAVE BEEN TO IN THE VALLEY! Incredible Customer Service, always a Pleasure to Be there and Talk to the Owner about new Products in Store and ALWAYS at an Affordable Price! He has Not let me down Once in the past Few Months that I have been coming to this Shop and I Continuously Look forward to my next Stop-By at the Shop! I Have Recommended all my friends to this shop and they Love it Just as Much as I Do! Cant Wait till I stop by again this Week! Give this Smoke Shop a Try, I Promise You, You will NOT be Disappointed!
