I just moved to California about 3 months ago and have been to a lot of smoke shops ever since and ran into High Stone by pure coincidence while staying at an AirBnB in Van Nyes. The first time I went I had the pleasure of meeting Maria. From the get go she was professional, super friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel like I've been a customer for years even though it was my first time. I was so happy with the way they treat their customers that from that moment on I haven't been to another smoke shop. Even if I have to drive all the way from Beverly Hills to get something. Their variety and unmatched customer service keeps me coming back. And I did just that today and again, they delivered. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Malik, who suggested a brand I've never had before and it was cheaper than my go to, Geek Bar. So I got it, tried it and left. On the way out I realized I just didn't like it. There was NOTHING wrong with the product, I just didn't like it. So I went back to buy the Geek Bar and without second thought he just exchanged it. He didn't have to do that but he did. So I walked out again and realized the closing mechanism didn't work and the vape didn't shut off. So I went back for the THIRD time and without batting an eye he just exchanged it AND gave me back $5 for the price difference. Reasons like this is why I come no matter where I am. Their customer service is second to none, and they ALWAYS treat you like family. They have a customer for life. If you're reading this, what are you waiting for!? I absolutely love coming to high stone smoke shop located next to the Jon's on van nuys Blvd in between vanowen and victory the owner Malik is awesome tell him nena referred you come check them out I guarantee he has everything you need literally everything as soon as you come in the vibes are freaking awesome. When I mean they have everything I mean wigs,make up, perfumes, clothing, adult toys,candy,collectibles, antiques...etc. If ever out in the San Fernando Valley come check this spot out its definitely worth stopping by.

Terrible service. I purchased a CBD vape pen 1 week ago and the pen broke apart after I tried to charge it. Walked back in, with my receipt, trying to get a replacement and was yelled at by an employee and was refused to offer any help. The employee was very rude to me for no reason. Truly one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a smoke shop. This smoke shop will not help you if you purchase a defective product. And they will yell at you for no reason too...
