Mike's Smoke Shop - Sunset Blvd

The dude with the little hoop earrings is super weird. The guy overcharged me and was extremely disrespectful when i nicely asked about it. My product total was $6.67 and i gave him $5.67 in cash and asked if i could pay the remaining $1.00 on card. He charged me $0.67 cents by accident (his mistake) and inconvenienced me with paying again to which i agreed. He then tried charged me $0.98 to which didnt make sense considering I only owe $0.38....(they charge 3% for card which should make my owed $1.00 into $1.03, so 1.03 - 0.67 = $0.38). He argued like 10 minutes...then he pulled out a calculator and tried to make me feel stupid and talked to me like an animal and wouldnt stop until eventually he realized it was his mistake... He then charged me $0.28 cents (he failed at math again) so i just paid and left. This clown even said he's "giving me a discount" instead of just apologizing for his mistake like a man. Very classless behavior...will never go to a Mike's Smoke Shop ever again. Disgusting to treat your customers like that.

Good neighborhood smoke shop, nice friendly staff. Have the naked juice I like! Open late!!

Not sure why there’s so many bad ratings it’s good for glass at least. Shops nearby wanted a lot more for flimsy glass even read there’s knock offs at those other shops holding me from buying anything name brand in general & just go for something thick; found good quality for fair price here.

Came to buy cigarettes, seller tells me it's $8.65, then he asks cash or card, I say card I take my card out and he holds the machine in front of me but I can't see the total. I linger a bit with my card out waiting for him to tell me the total again. and before I could say anything he take my card from my hands and taps it himself. I peak and I see it's $8.91. not only he charged me more and didn't tell me, he also paid it himself with my card, I found it very rude. Was he out of line? Or am I wrong here?

The strawberry banana flums Are always sold out everywhere, except for MIKE smoke shop. On top of that, they are always extremely welcoming and willing To give nothing but the best customer service. It’s very hard to get great customer service such as this at any smoke shop, just like a Car mechanic, so You can safely say That this is the only smoke shop I will ever go to from this point on. I would recommend the same for you Reading this as well.
