Little bummed out with recent issues i have had. First i want to say the employees are amazing anf kind people who do their best to make things right if anything goes wrong, which as a corporation owner myself, i respect that highly. But sadly i feel i need to give people some warning although they fixed the problems i ran into but still, quite the headache. First, many months ago i bought what i thought was an almost indestructible bong…the employee literally throw it hard at the ground and just watched it bounce and nothing, not a scratch. So i decided to get one (new, not display of course) and six months later it just cracked on the bottom and studying physics for close to 30 years, i know not to clean with hot then put cold in it due to temperature differential can cause major damage, i never dropped it, it just cracked. Then i went to get myslf a replacement Focus.V carta 2 rig just fir it to be empty. Had ti get that replaced. Then a gift to my friend, the focus rig but the first one didn’t with didn’t work at all. I am blessed the manager replaced it with a puffco peak which is beter and my friend is happy but to have to repeatedly go back was an inconvenience. So i suggest you test any device you get before you walk out the door. But that being said 5)3 employees and manager are incredibly kind and work hard to remedy any problems and the selection is wonderful! I will be going back again 😀

I believe in being fair and I also believe in not getting ripped off and warning other people about significant price differences. After all the compliments that I heard about this place I decided to give it a try today. 20 minutes ago I went in to purchase an elf bar watermelon on ice vape and the cashier wanted to charge me $26 for one. Every single smoke shop I've been to in West LA or Santa Monica has never charged more than $22 for one of these. As a matter of fact I'm at M and A Tobacco right now in Santa Monica and I just paid $20.75 for this elf bar watermelon on ice vape and that's in Santa Monica where things are more expensive. I understand competition and price differences, but $5 more for the same product is what I call being ripped off with no Vaseline
