Bad customer service don’t respect customers

I was walking home from the VA and I stopped in here to check it out and this is a wonderful shop. They have everything. Hunter, the attendant was very knowledgeable and really helped me spend some money and really helped me spend some money lol. If you looking for a good smoke shop that has the classic vibe, this is it! You won't be disappointed!!

Really good shop to visit if you’re in the area, huge selection on glass dab rigs, pipes, bongs etc. Has something for all price ranges with friendly informative employees who will take the time to help you. Definitely recommend this shop.

One word of caution: When you walk into the store, and don't merely wish to buy cigarettes, take a close look at what it says on the cash register: NO RETURNS. And that means ABSOLUTELY, without exceptions. So, if you are in a hurry and don't look at everything closely, and you buy a waterpipe, and then at your leisure at home, before you even use the pipe for the first time, discover that there is something about this pipe that you didn't notice in the shop but that you really don't like. Sooo, since you hadn't read the above-mentioned notice, you return to the shop, anticipating some form of credit card refund or in-store exchange -- the answer is NO! And, by the way, the manager is a sneaky fellow, promising something and at that very moment knowing that he will not follow through.

Decent shop with lots of variety... definitely could use some more nectar collectors though. Either way, employee working was super legit, prices were more than fair, and they also got a wheel spinner you can try your luck onm...spend at least $50 on any glassware, and you get to spin their wheel, which includes prizes of 40% off your purchase, 30% off your purchase, 10% off your purchase, a spin again slot, and a couple others I can't really remember. My only issue was that nothing was mentioned to me about it when I walked in and spent a $100, and also when I found a nice bag for my piece that I really wanted, I had already bought some things, never left the store, realized the bag was a great price but I had already spent about 40 bucks, so I didn't have enough money, i kindly asked the dude if i could just go ahead and trade the things I had already bought as credit towards the bag I wanted, and of course he told me no... Not sure why because I hadn't left the store like I said, and because I was still spending more money on the bag for the remainder of the price??? Probably won't go back just because it was kinda messed up I wasn't told about the wheel, and I could just trade out what I had literally purchased to put as credit towards the bag I really wanted from there, which still cost even more money, so that means they were still getting more paper off of me and winning even harder...other than that...I would check it out, but keep in mind everything you just read and speak up about the wheel because they definitely aren't telling you anything about it if you don't speak up...kinda sneaky in my opinion.
