Smoke N Vape

may be selling fake vape products. got a geek bar here yesterday and it doesn’t sit flush when stood up which is a classic sign of a fake. they also had me test it at the counter to “make sure it turns on” and showed me where the trash was for packaging which in hindsight, I should’ve verified the QR code. also charged more ($35) than i’ve ever spent anywhere else. EDIT: compared it with a friends geek bar and it’s 1000% a fake. do not come here for vape products.

asked for a vape with the same brand , the dude said he has it, gave me one , i opened it and it was a different thing and then he said he can't swap it for something else. been going there for 2 years , wont go anymore

Yes they have a great selection. Yes they have an eclectic collection of goods. What would be amazing is if other retail establishments studied and learned from Smoke N Vape. Everyone from the owners on down to every person that works there are some of the most helpful and kind people you’re going to meet not only in a store but frankly in the entire city. I’ve seen them go out of their way for all manner of customer, from the smallest sale to the most elaborate. To be honest, it’s surprising to me to find this level of dedication toward customers and pride in what they do at a smoke shop. But I promise you, it’s worth going out of your way to do business with this very fine establishment. Smoke N Vape is the epitome of Customer Service.
