Good morning, I came to your smoke shop this morning to get a cookies pen I went around 6:10am October 16 its very convenient that I can stop by a smoke shop so early before I start work. I had a bad experience with the guy that was there. I bought the pen and came to work I didn’t think about opening it till I got to work I work in Venice ca. when I opened the pen you can smell the burning smell coming from it. I called the shop and talked to the guy and I explained that it has a burnt smell and I couldn’t come back. I was going to send my gf back to exchange for a different flavor. The guy said bring it back. When my gf got to the shop the guy came from out the back and was trying to get my gf to buy another because he thought that I didn’t like the flavor. So she called me saying I need to pay for another one. I explained to the guy that I didn’t want to exchange it because I didn’t like the flavor it was the awful taste of burnt. The guy got an attitude because I told him I wanted a different flavor and he wanted me to pay because he couldn’t put the item back on shelf. I mentioned that I was going to get in touch with the owner and was going to let him know how rude he was. He told my gf with a rude tone that this is the best he can do for me which he tossed a different flavor on the counter and walked away leaving her to stand there. I don’t appreciate his rudeness and customer service skills were awful. If he didn’t like working in the morning he shouldn’t have been there. I come to this shop all the time and this was my first and last time dealing with something like this. Please have some coffee or hot chocolate for your workers so they can wake up and have a good day.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the shop had a great selection of products. Found exactly what I needed. Will be back for sure!

I bought a vape there and didn't have that experience. In fact the guy there was super helpful, cool & polite. Talked about the new King Of The Hill lol😂
