Will never come here again my son used to be a customer for 6 years when we lived in hollywood 2 days ago he went to get a puff they didnt have any of the flavors he wanted so he got something they had at the end and he try them in store always to make sure they work and he does. Bearly to no smoke coming out and he says its bearly getting a hit and its burned hit. He tells the worker the worker doesnt smoke doesn't know anything and he works there my son says to him 10 times no smoke is coming out and its burn taste he calls the boss and the boss doesnt care about the customers he says if there is even a tiny bit of smoke then we can't. Return we can't change we cant refund even if its burned. I dont understand like you guys sell that for the flavor. And if the flavor is burned how can you not replace it he even offered it to the worker to try it to confirm but he doesnt smoke. Very disappointed will let my family and friends know not to go there no more.

Very dissapointed never will come back and wont recommend anyone to do. My husband bought a vape from here and he tried it in store to make sure it works. Barely any smoke was coming out and the vape was burned. The worker doesn't know anything about vapes doesn't smoke so he can try and make sure it doesn't work and the boss says even if there's very little smoke, they wont exchange it or return it even if its burned wont give you your money back. Very bad customer service will never come here again. Been a customer for six years.

Very disappoint will never be back. I've been buying electronic cigarettes from here.For years, I literally just bought 31 dollar vape And I tried it in store barely any smoke coming out.And it's burned they didn't change it, they didn't do anything.I literally wasted thirty dollars after being customer for 6 years.Do not recommend it.Will never come back.

Hands down a great smoke shop experience. USA Smoke & Vape is not only the biggest smoke shop I’ve ever walked into (and I’ve been in many), but the energy in there is unmatched. I came in right before closing and Dylan and Joel still welcomed me without hesitation, like I was their first customer of the day. They were super knowledgeable, upbeat, and genuinely excited to help. I was looking for a Stitch bubbler and they didn’t just show me pieces, they got me curious, educated me, and made the whole experience fun instead of rushed. You can tell they actually care about what they do and about their customers. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. Dylan and Joel are a big reason I’ll be back.

Love this smoke shop. They’ve got a huge selection of bongs and rigs, torches, and all kinds of smoking accessories. Prices are reasonable too
