Solely based on customer service - Came in to buy some cigars for my husbands birthday, was hoping for some suggestions picking out something nice. After a hello heard from the back room, waited a few minutes for a salesperson to appear but nothing….so I left.

Been here 2 times in the last 2 months both times i have purchased Cbd products one was cbd juice for my vape pen and another purchase was cbd gummies cbd is an 18+ product i am 19 and purchased cbd products here twice now they won't sell me any cbd products here saying you have to be 21 but most cbd items say 18+ on it i will never visit this shop again will go to the others that will sell to me

Bought a vape pen yesterday, brought it home it worked for half a day. went to bring it back to show him that it broke and he blamed me and said I broke it. He yelled at me in the middle of the store in front of other people. I was calm and collected, he then went to show me a brand new one said I broke it and misused it when all I did was fill out the cartridge place it in the battery like a normal person. He sold me something faulty and wouldnt let me return it. If you want to get a vape pen DO NOT go here he will sell you defective vapes and blame you for breaking it. After all of this he says hell give me a new one for $25 after I paid $50 for one yesterday. I will never return here after the way I was treated.

Just stopped in to ask a few questions and see prodicts and the lady provided excellent customer service. Thank you i will be back!!! Has lots of great products!
