Worst experience ever don’t shop here scam!!!!!! The battery are trash and they don’t give refunds they’ll blame you for it !!!!! Don’t shop here !!!!!!!! I’m warning you

I shop here often and have never had a problem like this before. I walked in today 12/12/23 9:54pm, right before closing. Different employee, an older man. I usually deal with Melanie. Shes great, and hepful. I purchased 7 Arizonas & 4 pks of Strawberry Clipper Cigars. I buy them all the time. As I emptied my bag, I noticed 4 Clipper pks, but 1 pk had NO CELLOPHANE at all, & 1 pk has partial CELLOPHANE. I called the store, of course THEY'RE CLOSED!!! You can't even leave a message. I will go in tomorrow when they open. The open packs they sold me, NEED TO BE REPLACED, PERIOD. I don't know if they have been tampered with, or who/why they were opened. I called and spoke to a woman employee that told me to bring them in. That she would replace them. I went in and the female I spoke to was exchanging the open packs I recieved. That same older man was there. He seemed to have a problem with the fact that I was not comfortable with the 2 pks from the 4 that i purchased were open. He started getting a little rilled up about why I had a problem with receiving open ciggerrettes. He had an attitude that I brought them back. He even asked me "what's the problem, you wanted 4 pks, and that's what I gave you." I told him "idk who opened the 2pks. I shouldn't have to accept open packs of ciggerretes. For the sheer fact that I don't know if they were tampered with. I've never ever purchased ciggerrette packs that have been previously opened, are you kidding me? That was just so crazy to me. Am I wrong people, would you keep the open pks with no worries at all?

Very friendly staff! I was able to sample a few of their vapes before making my purchase which was great!! I found a new flavor!! Thank you so much. Definitely recommend!!
