I’ve been a loyal customer of Smokehub and Smokeking for over 5 years. Today, I came in to buy a vape and a grabba leaf. When I asked if we could do $25 instead of $26 cash, the employee with sleeve tattoos responded aggressively, saying, “Why do you keep trying to lowball me?” and told me to go elsewhere if I don’t like the price. I wasn’t being disrespectful—just trying to negotiate like I have at other shops. His reaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Disappointing experience from a place I’ve supported for years. Relax, bro—it’s a dollar, not a hostile takeover. I get it though—if I were 45 and still angry behind the counter at a tobacco shop, I’d probably be bitter too. Customer service clearly isn’t part of the job description here. Maybe that’s why you’re still just working here.

TL;DR: this is my favorite smoke shop in LA and I’ve been to a lot of them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and they’re also certainly passionate. They have an excellent selection of items, which is the best I’ve seen. The location is also great because parking is easy and then you have a ton of amazing restaurants and food nearby. Even if there are closer stores, I make time to come here!

Round up your ABG’s and ABB’s cuz this is hands down me and my manz’ fave smoke shop in all of SoCal. Receptionist is super sweet and will personalize your purchase with the best recs according to your liking! Prices here are AMAZING. This is THE HUB for Elf Bars and any method you could think of for fulfilling your nicotine dreams. And it’s right next to HNH for an incrediballs time of boba/vape!! 🙏🏻💨

I stopped by SmokeHub since I was in the area and purchased a Flum and started to notice after a couple of days that the print was rubbing off which I thought was weird since I've used Flum products before and they never do that. Then after 4 days the Flum completely stopped working, I went in to get my money back and the staff stated that they have a policy that if it didn't work inside their shop then they will replace it or give a discount for next time. Since I walked out of the shop and it stopped working after 4 days, I realized I got ripped off. I'm never coming back here again because they sell fake Flums. I'm done with this place, waste of time and gas money.
