I came in and purchased a product that I was unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, once I got home, I learned that the device needed to used w/ an attachment. I called and asked if I could trade it for another device that didn’t require an attachment and was told by the employee and assured them that I had not used the device and all of the packaging was intact. In return, they informed me that the store does not usually do refunds or exchanges, but I could come in the morning, once the owner was there, to see if he/ she could help me. I returned to the location, first thing the following morning and was told by a very kind employee (Nioma?) that the owner was not in , but when I explained my issue to her, she graciously offered me her own attachment and said she had another one at home that she could use. I was so impressed by her generosity and thoughtfulness and figured I would let everyone know that there are still kind people out here, who work in customer service positions. Thank you Nioma! My device works perfect and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for being willing to resolve a customer’s issue at your own personal expense.

Prices were cool but the customer service was trash. Young, black girl was disinterested in being there. She threw my purchase on the counter and her tone was condescending. I don’t expect much from a tobacco shop, but yikes

Great customer service, when product didn’t work as intended. We were met with unmatched kindness and an easy exchange process.

Recently changed ownership and started charging a surcharge for cards, despite contactless pay prefered stickers still plastered everywhere. Customer should be made aware of the surcharge before checkout, it doesn't matter that it's less than a dollar. Prices are already high for the area won't be back if new owners want to increase prices even further with hidden fees.

I've been coming here to buy smokes for about 4 years and it was cool because they honored Marlboro coupons and with Smokes at nearly $10 a pack it's nice to get ANY price breaks. Well it seems the owner is so worried about his payments from Marlboro that he doesn't accept Mobile Coupons anymore.🤦‍♂️ It's crazy because I would always purchase like 8 packs of Blunt wraps also so my bill was always like $29 per visit. So now I go elsewhere even if it means going a little further out there's principalities involved here and that's why. These are the little shops where you're supposed to feel like you're important to them because they're part of your community but it doesn't seem that way to me.
