This place is my new favorite spot! Everyone was incredibly helpful and patient as I picked out a new vape. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive thing, but instead asked questions to understand what I was looking for and recommended a great option that was perfect for me. The shop itself is super clean and has a huge variety of products, from glass pipes to all sorts of accessories. It's so nice to feel welcome and not rushed by the staff. I'm definitely coming back and will be telling all my friends to check this place out!

Everyone that works here is outstanding when it comes to customer service including Customer/ staff interaction... I've recently moved back to this area and I'm glad onpoint is in business they've gained a long term customer... That said I'm very happy I've come across onpoint vape and smoke

My son was asleep in the backseat so I couldn’t get out of the car. But lucky for me they have their phone # listed and the man I spoke to was super friendly and accommodating. He brought me a Geek Bar (they’re $25 each or 2 for $45) and I was able to be on my way without much trouble at all. Can’t ask for too much more- I will definitely be back!

I go here for my dr daber replacement peace's and hot knife needs staff is always friendly and there knowledgeable about the products that they carry in the store
