Went in today and the employee helping me totally guided my whole experience. So many questions were answered and I found just what I needed! Love this place!

The only smoke shop I feel comfortable going to. The gentlemen who run the store are generally quiet but professional and very helpful. I shop for vaping products and at purchase they let me check to make sure it works before leaving. I like that very much.

I love this place. Great prices good selection best shop in Napa hands down. The staff, he's very respectful he's a little bit on the quiet but always helpful and never rushes you like some of the other businesses have a tendency to. Walk-in humidor with amazing selection. He fluids and vape pens, with a reasonable amount in stock. All-around great business and a pleasure to have in the Napa valley business community!

I usually only come on here to write positive reviews. This is unusual for me.... After my regular Vape Shop (Starbuzz)was sold out of the pods that I use, I called around to the local competitors. This place confirmed via telephone that they did have what I was looking for. When I called, I asked him details clarified it a few times, I needed a disposable .5 ohm coil for the Lost Vape Orion DNA. He assured me that it was not for the Q, but rather for the DNA. Perfect. I checked again with him, that they had .5 ohm and he confirmed. So I drove over... Much to my dismay, after letting them know that I was the one who called a few minutes ago and reminded him what I needed. He came out from the back with disposable .25 ohm pods. They also had the coil inserts, but only in 1 ohm. Nothing compatible with my device that was .5 ohm. Why even bother calling? I could resort to name calling, but that would be childish. Instead, posting an accurate review should help others. For vape supplies, this place should only be a last resort. And even if you call, don't expect them to have what they say they have. The employees seemed unfamiliar with their merchandise. These are difficult products to sell if they don't know and understand what they have. I will not be coming back, but for you it might work. Best prices in town hands down, nice guys that work there and very knowledgeable. Any questions I have about vaping or cigars they always have the answer. My go to place!
