HORRIBLE !!,. went in today around 5pm the guy middle age threw the change at me because I paid with a 100 dolar bill never going back again

Needed an old school pull bowl. He couldn't understand so asked me to talk Into his phone. The EXACT picture came up of what I needed and he kept pointing to crack pipes! Another guy tried explaining in a different language and he got more frustrated so we both left. He's very rude because he doesn't understand English very well. Definitely will never be back.

Hey lady — if you want to be rude to your local customers, where will you get your business?? The selection isn’t great for the customer service or lack thereof you will receive. Go to the one across the street, but I’d honestly refer you to cloud nine in SLO for high quality glass or the head shop in Santa Maria for better bang for your buck and some actual friendliness. BYEEEE.

If I could give this smoke shop a lower rating I would. The owner the man that is in there is the rudest man I have ever had to work with. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money at that shop. I believe he was the owner I recommend that no one do business with that shop. I went and bought a dry herb vaporizer I went back to the store about three times and I kept asking the recommendation on which battery would work with the herb vaporizer and again I had the pen for less than 24 hours. I dried going in and telling them it didn’t work the coil never lit up not even pink and they were trying to tell me that it was working because they could hear it burning the little bit of resin that was on the coil and I kept trying to explain to them that either the battery didn’t work or it was not strong enough to power the vaporizer and they were like no your not understanding it’s dirty and the battery is working. All in all I didn’t even want my money back I asked if they could order me a new part or suggest one that will power with the battery I have and the owner just kept telling me that is was not the device that wasn’t working and I needed to take my stuff to the car because he could not have it in the store and I was going to tell him and I even went out side took it all out of the pen and he still was telling me to leave everything in my car. At this point I was just so upset that he could treat his customers like that especially when we are regular customers. I got so upset that I told them that I would keep my things but I would never do business not recommend anyone do business with them and he was perfectly content and told me bye even as I walked out the door. The fact that he did this in front of customers even just showed his character. If you don’t want to get ripped off and buy quality then don’t go to this store because any trouble with your new toy will get you a slap in the face, because these owners don’t care about their customers as long as they have money in their hand. Go to any other smoke shop but be cautious of this one. Yea they may be all friendly at first but if you ever try calling them out of a product they sold you, you will get to know the real them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING!!!!
