After many years, smoking Vape at that store was my first bad experience. I bought a vape and a juice for almost $80, and the employee just gave me the open vape and juice in my hand without putting it in a bag. When I went out with a friend, he told me to return it because he had given me an open box display. I said it was okay because I had an old vape that I used after a couple of days. However, the juices started to leak, and the cartridge broke down. I went back to the store and they told me that the cartridge I had was a 0.4, while I had a 0.8. They said it was a good cartridge, so I bought three new ones. After a couple of days, I tried them again, and the same situation happened. Today, I went back to the store and asked them to replace the cartridges with another brand. The employee told me that the owner had said no, but he called him. I spoke to the owner, and he was supposed to be calling me. I’m waiting to see if he will call me or not. This is my first bad experience at a vape store. It’s unbelievable that they give you an open box, but they have a policy for returns. That’s funny!

Love this place! I am a 5yr loyal customer. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable! My only little peeve would the parking situation at both locations...parking is limited and small.

He's incredibly knowledgeable about everything he sells, and it really shows in the quality of his recommendations. But what sets him apart is his compassion and great sense of humor. He makes every visit a pleasure, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!
