Zen Den Smoke Shop

The worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I only stopped by because it was the only one open at the time. I came in to buy charcoals for my hookah and asked for Golden Desert, which I normally use. The owner said they were out of stock and offered me the only coconut coals he had, which were from Indonesia. These were by far the worst charcoals I’ve ever used. They gave off a terrible smell while heating and didn’t provide nearly enough heat for my bowl (clear signs of poor quality or moisture absorption). When I returned to the shop to ask for a refund, the owner refused and simply said they don’t accept returns. He didn’t even apologize which shows not only a lack of professionalism but also a complete disregard for customer experience. It’s not even about the money, it’s about how dismissive and careless the owner was selling defective products. I’ll never come back to this smoke shop. DON’T SHOP HERE

Probably the best shop I’ve ever been to. It was super late at night and the staff was like incredibly attentive and over the top with customer service and friendliness. Not to mention their selection of glassware was off the charts. A+++

Amazing smoke shop!! Always has amazing prices on everything especially their glass!!! Its such good quality and the price is so so reasonable especially if you’re buying more than one thing, you would just have to come find out yourself!! and they close very late which comes in handy more often then i thought it would. They dont sell cigarettes or vapes but they do sell b wraps like dutches and whatnot but there is a 7/11 right next door if your in such a dire need for cigs lolz

Best prices in the valley period. The staff have so much knowledge and experience with every product they sell and are happy to go in depth to explain anything in their store. I've been a native to the valley all my 28 years and have been to just about every smoke shop and I must say by far, this is my favorite one. You will be amazed at the prices and at first you might think that for such a low price that their glass must be of a cheap quality.. but you would be very wrong! They are basically an Amazon Prime storefront for anything smoking related, probably even better! Perfect for night owls like me since they are open until 2AM and open at 1PM. If you are looking for a shop with a great atmosphere filled with people eager to help you and your wallet, this is the place!
