I had the full attention of the owner. He went out of his way, even opening packaging to be sure my coil fit. Bear in mind this was a five dollar item! I ended up buying a cool little vape for a VERY reasonable price. I will be going back for sure!

Mike is Professional and well educated on his product line. I stopped in as the coffee shop was closed on the Main st. The owner is gracious and made me feel welcomed. I found it clean and tremendously stocked with head and CBD/THC product lines. I have been to about a dozen stores in Vta county. I like the 1:1 contact and he showed me many items choices of vapes and tinctures. I was in desperate need of knowledge. He is ready and stocked up for April 20 which is the national CBD day. My husband and I went in to buy a birthday present for my cousin. We told the owner and the other gentlemen what we were looking for and they showed us a variety of things. They showed us the glycerin glass bowl the Cryo. We told them again we wanted for a birthday present they said it was a great gift etc. While we were there he showed us other things and we bought over $100 in products. I wrapped the present and gave it to my cousin when he opened the wrapper we all noticed the bowl was leaking so we put it to the side to go return it or get an exchange for something else. When we spoke to the owner he said there was nothing he could do. I understand not getting my money back but not even an exchange for something else when the product was faulty doesn’t seem fair to me. The box wasn’t opened and you could tell it wasn’t mismanaged.

Top knotch white glove service. Great glass, a great variety, but that service though. Highly recommend.

Found Ojai Smoke Shop this morning. Mike is wonderful. He has great stock, knowledge and super prices. He will definitely be my "go to" place for the future.
