Cigarettes City 2

I purchased Leaf Only Dark Leaf from Cigarettes City 2 for a friend. I opened the package the next morning and noticed it was molded and had spider mites. I went back to the store to exchange it, and the employee told me to just clean it with water. That response was unacceptable and unsafe. Selling a product with mold and pests is not okay, and suggesting that a customer wash it instead of offering an exchange or refund shows a lack of basic customer care. I won’t be purchasing from here again and would not recommend this location.

Great shop. They have anything you might need for a fair price. Plus the staff has always been super helpful and patient.

Yes they have low prices and no they usually are not busy but this is for a reason. They never ever open on time. I have been here 8 times in 3 months at opening time only for them not to open for another half hour to an hour or more. They obviously have lazy people “working” here. How hard is it to get up on time to be at work at 9am?! Extremely frustrating.

The people are nice here and you can find cheaper ciggs here which is nice. They also have other items you can buy which are nice. Two different locations in Yuba City.
