I’ve bought 3 cigars -3 seperate times. They are always way too humidified and squishy to the touch. Had to throw them away every single time. Do not recommend to buy cigars here

They have an AMAZING selection at GREAT prices! Super rad items I wouldnt mind blowing a paycheck on. The gentleman working graveyard is extremely helpful, and very welcoming. Definitely will be returning for more.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. They ripped me off. I tried to purchase a 510 battery. I asked for recommendations and the guy “Magdy” told me “cheap is cheap” trying to get me to buy one of the more expensive pens. We (husband and I) ask to look at a particular pen. The cashier shows up and then proceeds to try to turn it on and it doesn’t work and tell us they we just need to charge it. So we purchased it, I’m not too excited because of the rude customer service. So my husband then proceeded to charge it and when it supposedly done being charge my husband tried to turn it on and it does not work again so of course he thinks to see if there is a battery and we come to find out that there was no battery inside. So my husband tries to return the device and they refused to service him because he did not give them the money and then tried to tell him they I had to go in. So I had to go in and they tried to not want to give me a refund, they wanted me to prove it was the product and so I showed them asked for my money back. I got my money back and I placed the item on the counter to give it back to them and the other guy who is there later on proceeds to throw the other on the floor in back of him. Then going to attend to other customers.

This is the most wonderful store I have ever seen. They have all the needs and the prices are wonderful and very good. They treat you as a friend. They are very friendly and good at receiving with smiles. The store is clean and tidy. I advise everyone to go there. It is the best experience ever. This place has become my favorite place in this city. there person he is name Leo 👍 he is the best ever never you must go to him at the night shift after 10 PM.
