Mega Smoke & Vape

Josh is such a nice person, patient and considerate. The shop is also neat and bright. It's a great experience.

TLDR. The staff is great, pricing is fair. Only cons is location. Cons - Parking situation. To get the bad out of the way the only con I can see is that the parking lot / strip mall is very tiny and parking will be hard to find during lunch/dinner rushes. Pros - Staffing I have been coming here for around 3 years or so. I am usually an in n out type of shopper. Josh, the employee I have interacted the most with has always been super helpful, (looking up pricing , giving advice etc) Some of the older reviews have stated the person working here is rude, I have never felt uneasy, or felt ignored in the establishment, if other people are in the store and he is working with someone else, he always lets me know he will be with me, and the wait is always brief. I also have never received a defective merchandise here. Since coming here he has always asked if i would like to try it in the store. 5 stars. Nothing but a good, welcoming experience for me.

I looked online yesterday and made several phone calls and finally got ahold of the mega smoke and vape that I'd went to with my fiance Timmy about 6 months ago. We were looking for a certain brand of vape that everybody had said they didn't carry or had never heard of or were just out of it at the moment. Well anyway we walked in and the guy working said they were out of the one we were looking for( freemax twister)stick vape but , my fiance Timmy just happened upon seeing the only one in the whole store so you know we bought it...Lol😂 Whole point of the drawn out story is always look through every case just to make sure, they might still have what you want or need without even knowing it.

This place wont sell b.s. Honest and knowledgeable staff who has a pride in his job, unlike others he wants to provide the best product backed up by his own honest review. HE ACTUALLY TRIES AND SEARCH THE PRODUCT HE SELLS! That's just enough to trust he runs honest business.
