Smoke & Gifts For Less

This place has great prices on their cigarettes and their smokeless tobacco. I never had a problem here very nice gentleman that is there always has my products and very courteous.

This is the worse place that I haven't seen in my life. I Bought a delta 8 vape with cartridge and Unfortunately I didn't open the product in the store, then I when in my house I opened the produc and then surprise one of the cartridge is leaking, I spoke to the employee that is wife of the owner; then she call back to her's husband to tale that my cartridge vape is leaking, he told to his wife that I need to pay 50% if I want to buy a new cartridge; this is unfair he don't want to give a refund I paid $43 dollars for not good product. Please I am encouraged that every customer call the department of Santa Ana Ca City call, and complain about it, this store should be close. And If I can put 0 starts I will do that, please don't come to this worse smoke shop. Also they're so rude and for sure they laughing that what happen to every customer.

"for less" shouldn't be in the name if charging over 50% markup on cheap chinese junk from alibaba. The battery I bought was dead when I tried to use it. Don't go here unless you like arguing with people who can barely speak English.

This may not be the best smokeshop out there but the gentleman working named Raphael was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions WITH HONESTY to the best of his knowledge. Several other smokeshops in the area made me feel as if i am an annoyance for simply asking for product information. Irritated that they had to put their cell phones down to help a customer... no thanks to those places

This place is great! The proprietor is friendly (but quiet) and he works hard at keeping the inventory stocked and current. If a few prices seem a little higher as somebody commented, I don't think it will be coming from a small independent smoke shop. I think his prices are good. Think about trying to run that business with the low profit margins of cigarettes and vape oil. It's a wonder he can do that 80 hours a week and still have a life of his own.
