(based on 3 interactions Dec. '25.) Run by rude, obnoxious men. You feel like you're interrupting when you come in. No pleasantries or courtesy. I arrived at 8:50pm and was told they were closed, wth? So they are open "whenever" til "whenever". He should learn why customer service can make or break a business like a smoke shop. There are plenty around, I'll find another shop where the workers at least like people.

BASMA!! Is absolutely amazing!! I was having such a hard time finding a good reliable anime shop and not only have I found that, I found an amazing person! She is the charm of the store! Thank you so much BASMA! I will be coming all the way from Santa Barbara!

I drive out of my way only to see Basma!! I’m originally from the south and California has definitely been an adjustment. I finally feel as if I have made a friend! This young lady is an absolute asset to this business and community. She is such a breath of fresh air! Her customer service is unmatched! Thanks for being such a star!

Bazma is so super sweet. Every time I go in she is so welcoming. Hint: she deserves a raise. Besides her being welcoming she is adorable. I can be getting off from work and tired and she automatically wakes me up and I get in a more relaxed upbeat mood. It is so unbelievable that she remembers what I need everytime I walk in. Did I say again the she is adorable and welcoming. And again she needs a raise. Lolol. I will stay coming back.
